This article is no so much a tutorial as a picture book of images taken at endoscopy. The idea to to build a picture library that will show normal findings as well as abnormalities and can be used by people to build some familiarity with endoscopic findings. You are also welcome to use the images for presentations and talks etc, so long as you acknowledge Surgeons Net and display the site URL: http://www.surgeons.org.uk
