iliac fossa scar associated with nephrectomy scar and lower midline scar.
associated with a swelling in the non dominatn forearm
Any thoughts?????????

nephrectomy with renal transplant on the same side. transplant failure with removal through midline incision, now on hemodialysis with an av fistula on non dominant forearm.

or alternatively it could be renal failuer was on dialysis and AV fistula was created for dialysis, av fistula thromosed patient had Peritoneal dialysis, had a tenchoff catheter removoal of which corresponds to lower midline scar, later found a donar and now has got a functioning transplant

how to locate parathyroids?
where can you expect inferior parathyroid if not found at lower thyroid?
why it is important to locate?
