Just a thought, but could you introduce a tab with links to other useful websites such as: www.surgical-tutor.org.uk www.doctors.org.uk

Do you mean in the left menu? Those sites are listed in the weblinks directory. We are working on the user being able to customise their layout and that will include a blog and being able to have your own custom links on the page when you log in.
